Gregory A. House
Farm Management Consultant & Co-owner

Designated as an Accredited Farm Manager and Accredited Rural Appraiser by the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers and as a Certified Professional Agronomist by the American Society of Agronomy. Over thirty years of experience in agricultural consulting, farm management, rural appraisal, and farm-resource development. Bachelor of Science in Crop Ecology from the University of California, Davis, 1975. Active in numerous professional societies including California Certified Organic Farmers and the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers (in which he served as president of the California Chapter in 1995). Currently, Mr House is a board member of the Yolo Land Trust, treasurer and member of the board of directors of the California Certified Organic Farmers, and an instructor for the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers, teaching Introduction to Farm Management to a national audience on the Internet. As an expert witness, Mr. House has testified on farming practices, land use and farmland value, crop losses, agricultural leasing practices, bankruptcies, projected crop income and expenses, and other agricultural topics.

Henry House
Research Analyst

Graduate of the University of California, Davis, with an B.S. in Natural History and minors in Greek, Latin, and Communications. Knowlegeable in the scientific aspects of agriculture and range management. Henry is also an expert in UNIX and Linux programming for business using the languages Perl, Ruby, C, and C++. Active in the Linux User Group of Davis. He offers Linux-related services under the name Vättar Group whose information may be found at vattar.com.

Jennifer House
Founder & Co-owner

Agricultural consultant and real estate appraiser with over thirty years experience. Bachelor of Science in General Agriculture from the University of California, Davis, 1975. Academic member of the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers. As an Adjunct Lecturer, Ms House has taught Farm Management and Farm & Rural Resources Appraisal for the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics, University of California, Davis. Served as a director of the Yolo County Resource Conservation District.
