Twenty years in agricultural consulting, farm management, and rural appraisal give Gregory A. House the practical experience sought in a qualified expert witness in agriculture. Mr House's education likewise qualifies him as an expert in agriculture. A 1975 graduate of the University of California at Davis in agricultural science, he has achieved professional designations in agronomy, farm management, and rural appraisal. These professional accredations have initial and ongoing educational requirements.

Mr House also teaches and lectures on agricultural economics and farm management topics for both the University of California at Davis and the American Society of Farm Managers & Rural Appraisers.

Mr House has testified on farming practices, land use and value, crop losses, agricultural leasing practices, bankruptcies, crop income and expenses, water use and drainage, soil suitability for crops, and many other subjects. Clients served include the United States Department of Justice, the Internal Revenue Service, state and county agencies, insurance firms, tenants, and landlords.

Mr House is a qualified expert witness in Superior Court, United States Bankruptcy Court, and United States Tax Court.
